Before you can place your order after the introductory phase, you must register. You will be asked todo this during the ordering process. Please fill out the registration form completely. You will then receive an additional email with your user name and password. You can use this data to placefurther orders later without further registration.

Basically, we can edit all floor plan templates. We also convert handwritten sketches into aprofessional floor plan. The only requirement is that you send us your template as an image file. Youcan simply scan written templates.

Our mistake = free correction guarantee
Did we write or draw something wrong? Have we forgotten something? Have we made any other mistakes?
In these cases you will receive a free correction guarantee from us. Please simply note your desired changes by hand on thefloor plan we created and send it to:

Your mistake = change order
Isn’t there a door where you think it is? Did you mix up the room names? Would you like to add anything else?
We are of course happy to carry out any subsequent change requests. Please understand that we have to chargea fee of EURO 5 for this. Here, too

As a rule, you will receive the first proof within 48 hours. If, contrary to expectations, it takes longer, wewill contact you.
